Format for Delivery of Soft Skills Training Programs

The soft skills development training programs are delivered as in-house, off site or open programs for managers including senior management, middle management and junior management. The duration of the programs  may vary from 1 day/2 days to long term format of 3/6/9 months to a year, with regular follow ups (Optional), to ensure a good ROI. Methodology and Ensuring Effectiveness of Training Programs

(i) Assessment Instruments & Evaluation: The participants will be subjected to specific assessment instruments (Questionnaire) which will cover corporate behavioral competencies related to the topic of the program, with group feedback. We can also induct psychometric assessments for the participants with individual feedback.
  2. (ii) Action Plan: Participants will be facilitated to prepare ‘Action Plan’ on the learnings imparted post every training program with follow up (Optional)
  3. (iii) Games/Activities: Games/activities with props and energizers will be scheduled on all training days in sync with the objectives of the training program
  4. (iv) Videos: Participants will shown corporate videos during every training program and they will write down the takeaways
