Introduction
Making sound decisions is the hallmark of effective leadership. In the workplace, you will need to make decisions and resolve problems frequently. While few of your decisions are not so important, some are potentially very crucial for business. This workshop introduces a variety of creative problem solving and decision making tools and techniques for the participants to take it forward to their workplace. They will also be facilitated in identifying options to achieve accurate decision-making and problem solving.

Methodology
