Online Open Training Programs

Introduction

We are proud to announce the series of online training programs on Leadership Development, Soft Skills, Sales, Marketing & Customer Service in October 2020. The details of the online workshops are given below. Each online training program is for three hours. The training programs will be conducted on a ‘Global Virtual’ platform with live trainer. The participants will be sent online link to participate for the programs. We look forward to your nominations for the online workshops. We can conduct the same quality online workshops as customized programs for your employees.

Methodology & Tools

The training programs will be conducted online in the comfort of your office/home, all you need is an internet connection. The online workshops will be interactive & the trainer will conduct the training session by showing presentations and videos, case studies, assessments etc. and you will be able to watch and listen, same as in a face to face workshop, in a conference room. You can clarify your queries and receive feedback from the trainer.

Note on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro means the way you think on a consistent basis. Linguistic refers to what you say. It entails language that we use with ourselves and with others. It is about raising awareness about patterns we use in our interactions. Programming means what you do. The study of NLP is about how one experiences life based on thinking, beliefs, and programmed behaviors that have become a part of oneself. These patterns as they are called determine the choices that one can make and ultimately the results or success one achieves. NLP helps to determine which of these patterns are serving and helping one in achieving goals and which ones are holding one back or sabotaging success. Once these patterns and beliefs are identified, they can be changed, for the better.
